JOB OVERVIEW As a Project and Technical Services Officer, you will assure the productive and effective operation of the Gatineau Park portfolio of 150 buildings and of facilities technical systems (HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems, potable water, sanitation, alarms, etc.). In addition, you will prepare terms of reference, supervise and deliver contracted services to meet assets maintenance, rehabilitation and technical support requirements for Gatineau Park. You will also be responsible for managing various Québec Urban Land & Gatineau Park operational services and provide assistance in monitoring the maintenance of the portfolio’s assets. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a related field such as Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering,



landscaping, or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience related to the position. EXPERIENCE Delivering maintenance and monitoring activity programs. Developing terms of reference and/or specifications for contracting and supervision of small asset operations/rehabilitation contracts. Managing operational programs in the field.
