Take a leadership role in public health as the Deputy Registrar at NSRASLP. Focus on regulatory frameworks while enhancing compliance and modernization initiatives in audiology and speech-language pathology. In this role, you'll report directly to the Registrar/Executive Director while managing crucial registration processes and regulatory programs.
You will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen NSRASLP’s governance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate demonstrates experience in regulatory decision-making, effective change management, and project leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complex cases and manage registration applications
Develop key regulatory documents including Standards of Practice
Support the governance and development of Board committees
Participate in initiatives that modernize regulatory processes
Represent NSRASLP at provincial and national discussions Requirements:
Experience in regulatory decision-making within healthcare
Solid background in policy development and legislation interpretation
Proficient in managing projects and governance support initiatives
Technical expertise with complex databases
