About this role We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support our Ontario region. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales activities within an assigned geographic region, ensuring targets and revenue goals are met. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, leading a regional sales team,



and building strong relationships with key customers to expand market share. The Regional Sales Manager will also analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that drive performance improvements. This individual is also responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching their sales team, maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The candidate must live in the Greater Toronto Area, as travel will be required to visit employees and accounts in this region (Ontario).
