Qualifications
Must have experience in a quick food environment.
Previous employment in fast food restaurant.
Ability to work standing up for 8 hour shifts
Ability on occasion to lift up to 20lbs.

Job Duties:
Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications




Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing valuable safety and sanitation
Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Additional Duties:
Recording food temperature

Job Duties:
Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises
Escalate major issues when necessary (e.g. safety risks, equipment failure)
Other duties as requested
