Perform thorough assessments and create effective care plans
Monitor client health and report changes to nursing staff
Administer medications safely and supervise their delivery
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary health care team
Maintain ethical and skilled nursing practices Requirements:
Graduation from an approved LPN program
Valid registration with CLHA and Basic Life Support certification
Experience in nursing preferred, especially in rehab
Proven leadership skills essential for this role
