You will engage with universities, coordinate events, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to attract top-tier candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the campus recruitment process end-to-end
Cultivate university relationships and assist with rank programs
Plan and execute recruitment events on and off-campus
Generate reports on application trends from systems
Communicate regularly with hiring managers on recruitment status Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of campus recruiting administration
Excellent relationship management and organizational skills
Familiarity with an ATS, preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud
