The Discipleship Pastorwill develop and implement strategies for equipping and mentoring church members to grow in their faith and mobilize them to serve and make disciples with the ultimate goal of creating a church culture of intentional spiritual formation and multiplication of disciples. Salary Range $60,000 - 70,000
Required Skills Ministry credentials with The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada or similar
Pastoral experience with a proven track record of equipping, mentoring, and leadership development
A deep, growing, genuine faith in Christ and Christ-like character
Excellent interpersonal and relational skills to build and maintain healthy relationships
