Vertex is seeking a senior engineering professional to lead and build our Building Condition Assessment (BCA) and Property Condition Assessment (PCA) service line. You will establish scalable delivery, form field teams, standardize inspection methods, and implement QA/QC to deliver transparent, defensible assessments.
As Engineer of Record, you will review reports to meet ASTM standards, act as the technical authority, and drive growth across Canada and the U.S.
