Shape communities as a Special Initiatives Coordinator at Findhelp. This hybrid position involves leadership and tailored support to dismantle systemic barriers within social services for diverse communities. In this full time role, you will lead strategic initiatives while facilitating operations for the Inquiry Services team.

Focus on training and mentoring Community Resource Navigators, enhancing their capacity to provide client-centered, trauma-informed support. Your contributions will help strengthen the overall community network and improve access to essential services. Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning and management of contact centre services
Ensure service quality within the Toronto Community Crisis Service




Develop networks by collaborating with nonprofit sector leaders
Prepare operational statistics and reports for stakeholders
Offer continuous guidance and support to team members Requirements:
Education in Social Services, Psychology, or related fields
Minimum of two years in social services sector
Current Community Resource Specialist certification desired
Solid insight into systemic inequities faced by marginalized communities
