As a Pharmacy Team Leader, you'll focus on providing patient-centered care and managing pharmacy operations. Collaborate with a nationwide pharmacy team to ensure optimal service delivery and compliance with health regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
• Oversee execution of pharmacy service programs
• Manage staff selection, training, and development
• Advocate for equity and inclusion within the pharmacy
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements:
• Pharmacy Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing
• At least 2 years of pharmacist experience
• Certification for Injection and First Aid
• Preferably experienced with Kroll software
