Implement and oversee Cisco Telephony and Videoconferencing projects
Support teams in complex incident resolutions
Manage high-priority incidents and ensure solution efficacy
Perform detailed root cause analysis
Update and maintain critical technical documentation Requirements:
4+ years in a Cisco workplace
Solid expertise in CUCM, Unity Connection, and Jabber
Experience with Cisco video solutions like CMS and TMS
Knowledge of SIP/H323 protocols
Familiar with VMware suite v7/v8 Apply your skills in telephony and videoconferencing to enhance unified communications at Gramian.
