As part of the team at ANTTS, you will be integral in facilitating recovery journeys for both adult and youth clients. Your role involves conducting assessments, documenting care, and liaising with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support. Engage in therapeutic communication and educate clients through nursing-led sessions each week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on assessments and implement care plans
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions for client education
• Engage with interdisciplinary team members on client care
• Maintain and document all client records thoroughly
Requirements:
• Active LPN designation with BC licensing
• Experience in mental health and addiction support
• First Aid & CPR certification mandatory
• Criminal Record Check must be obtained
• At least one year of personal recovery experience required
