Become an Accredited Assessor – Non-Residential at Parkland County and make a difference in the community. In this permanent position with the Assessment & Tax Department, you will utilize advanced appraisal methodologies to assess non-residential properties and develop valuation models.

Your work will ensure compliance with legislative requirements while facilitating effective communication with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and prepare valuation models for non-residential properties
Carry out inspections and assessments across the portfolio
Engage and communicate with property owners effectively
Support various assessment reviews and special projects
Ensure adherence to provincial compliance standards Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in a related field is essential
AMAA designation is required for eligibility
At least 5 years of assessment experience preferred
Solid analytical and negotiation skills are necessary
