Liaise effectively with clients regarding coverage requests
Prepare and present quotes and renewals to clients




Manage daily administration of accounts and documentation
Handle claims and provide status updates to clients
Assist in training recent team members as needed Requirements:
At least 5 years of personal insurance experience is mandatory
Must hold a General Insurance Agent Level II license
Active pursuit of CAIB, CIP, or CRM designations preferred
Experience with broker management systems, such as Epic, is an asset
