BayCare Health Systems is hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist I for St. Joseph's Main. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions while engaging in case management. Your role directly supports patient recovery with accessible community resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with patients for psychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
• Conduct case management and document patient care thoroughly




• Provide information on community resources and educational interventions

Requirements:
• Master's degree in a related mental health field
• Current licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW
• BLS certification and valid driver’s license required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience or an internship of 9 months
• Level II screening through Florida Care Provider must be completed
