Here at ConsultingPress we are always looking for fresh talents to join our team. We are looking for online marketing specialist in London UK in Strategic Planning department.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for on-event and on-premise channels to achieve company targets.

Identify growth opportunities, key accounts, and potential partnerships to strengthen market presence.

Plan and execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and event activations to drive sales performance.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve short- and long-term business goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the on-premise and event sectors.

Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and promotional agreements to ensure profitability.

Oversee performance monitoring, sales forecasting, and reporting.

Work closely with the Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and execution.

Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to the sales team.

Establish KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in team effectiveness and efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in On-Premise, On-Trade and B2C channel management, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle industry.

Robust negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Able to travel domestically
