This position requires a highly organized professional who can effectively manage competing priorities and sensitive information. You will play a vital role in coordinating business planning, budgeting efforts, and enhancing administrative processes while fostering effective communication among all levels of staff and stakeholders. Your expertise will drive operational success in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations for the VP & EFO office efficiently
• Facilitate information flow between executives and staff
• Plan leadership meetings,



managing materials and action items
• Coordinate divisional planning and reporting
• Generate high-quality documentation and reports

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business, Accounting, or related area
• 4-5 years of experience with a degree, or 5-7 years with a diploma
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability in leading projects and teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
