Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve complex bodily injury claims
• Engage with claimants and legal professionals regularly
• Mentor and provide support to claims team members
• Ensure client service meets top industry standards
• Implement innovative solutions for claims processes
Requirements:
• At least three years of related claims experience
• Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma
• Required Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
• Regional adjuster license(s) dependent on work province
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
