Associate Lawyer – Commercial & Residential Real Estate

Robertson LLP is seeking an Associate Lawyer (2 - 7 years post-call) with experience in Commercial & Residential Real Estate to join our Calgary based firm. This role is well suited to a lawyer who is initiative-taking, intellectually curious, and committed to developing their expertise through independent learning and practical experience.

Key Qualifications:

- 2 – 7 years post-call in Alberta (or eligible for transfer to the Alberta Bar)
- Proven experience in Commercial & Residential Real Estate transactions
- Corporate law experience is considered an asset
- Proven experience in commercial leasing
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail




- Builds and maintains strong client relationships
- Ability to manage files independently and take initiative in solving complex issues
- Highly self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning
- Thrives in a team-based workplace, particularly during busy or high-pressure periods.

Pay: $80,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
