```Overview:```
I am seeking a highly skilled Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading private, semi-private and small group classes of 3-4 people maximum. Our demographic ranges from 35 - 80 yrs. We offer specialized programs for pre/post surgery, Osteopenia, and neuro-based Pilates. As well as classes for the general public.
```Duties:```
- Design and lead Pilates classes for individuals and groups that are based in the Pilates Method
- Provide personalized instruction and modifications based on client's needs and abilities
- Provide biomechanical instruction aimed at safe and effective access to an exercise
- Create themes based learning for the clientele
- Create inspiring classes that are appropriate for diverse bodies
```Experience:```
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized program
- Previous experience teaching Pilates classes preferred
- Knowledge of body mechanics and ability to correct form and technique
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients
- Additional certifications or experience in other movement-based arts will be recognized
