Come join the team behind Danico’s Michelin star. DaNico is a Michelin-recognized Italian fine-dining restaurant dedicated to refined hospitality, precision service, and a world-class wine program. We are seeking a skilled Server Assistant to join our incredible team.

Responsibilities
Ensuring organization and cleanliness at all times
Possess working knowledge of the venue (location, direction, events, policies etc.)
Effectively manage guest flow to maximize seating capacity
Know all table numbers and maintain awareness of which servers are in each section
Communicate with Managers and FOH staff during events to maintain proper guest flow throughout the venue.
Assist management and FOH staff in all necessary preparations and set up for events.
Other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of fine dining experience as a Server/Food Runner is a must
Wine knowledge is an asset
Previous experience in a customer service position
Solid oral communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced setting




Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to maintain a level of qualified urgency and momentum
Must be legally able to work in Canada
