In this part time role, you'll report to the Director of Care, providing comprehensive nursing care in line with provincial standards. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, managing medication administration, and actively contributing to care plans.

Your efforts will empower residents and enhance their quality of life through direct care and holistic support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed clinical assessments for residents
- Manage resident care assignments with nursing team
- Educate residents and families on care plans




- Respond to significant changes in resident health
- Uphold health and safety standards in nursing department

Requirements:

- Current, valid Registered Practical Nurse registration
- Experience working with seniors is an asset
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and time management skills
- Valid First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening within six months
