Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-focused sales professional to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and retaining an assigned client territory while generating new business growth. This role combines prospecting and lead qualification with the development of long-term client relationships to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities include delivering engaging sales presentations, qualifying and converting qualified leads, and managing existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and consistent achievement of sales targets.

As a part of our sales team, you will receive ongoing training and support from our experienced sales leadership team, while working collaboratively with other sales representatives to achieve success.





This role is based onsite Monday to Friday at our Richmond, BC office. Candidates must be able to commute to our office or able to relocate in order to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow an assigned retention-based territory of existing clients and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities

Conduct engaging sales presentations to clients and prospects via telephone, identifying client needs and promoting relevant products and services





Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails, providing a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Execute sales strategies to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Proactively identify and qualify recent business opportunities through outbound calls and emails to generate new business

Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to build a sustainable pipeline of new business

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information within Salesforce to support efficient sales operations

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing sales coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales performance

Remain informed on product and service offerings, industry trends, and sales best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 2 years of previous sales experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

Experience using a sales or CRM system is an asset (Salesforce experience preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Highly self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation: $50,000 annually plus commissions.
