Qualification-
- High school diploma or currently studying (often preferred, not always mandatory)
- Basic English communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Friendly and skilled attitude
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Teamwork and multitasking skills
- Basic phone and reservation handling skills
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience (preferred but many pubs hire beginners too).
