As an Arbutus Room Breakfast Cook, you play an important role in creating a smooth, organized, and high-quality morning experience for our guests. A day in the life

Prepare, cook, and plate breakfast and brunch menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service
- Support smooth kitchen operations through strong communication and teamwork
- Assist with prep, setup, and closing procedures
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and consistency throughout service
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and FIFO standards
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture built on professionalism, respect, and teamwork

What you'll bring to the team

Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience




- Breakfast or brunch experience considered an asset
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Food Safe Level 1 certification preferred
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
