- -Demonstrated adherence to the expectations of nursing practice at CKHA
- -Familiarity with MDS Chronic Care Assessment Tool preferred.
- -Fundamentals in Palliative Care preferred orders, administration of oral, subcutaneous, IM, suppository, aerosol and IV medications, venipuncture and IV initiation and management
