As a 310T Mechanic, you will leverage your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment that keeps operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy equipment such as tractor trailers and large pick ups.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to accurately troubleshoot issues.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to execute repairs efficiently.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely using appropriate lifting equipment and techniques.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and maintenance logs to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble or disassemble machinery components during repairs or upgrades.




- Follow safety protocols rigorously during all repair activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

- Proven mechanic experience with heavy-duty machinery; dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Solid mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment including Tractor trailers, and vehicles over 4500kgs.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools.
- Experience with automotive repair and electrical systems is essential; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in heavy lifting tasks safely using appropriate lifting devices or techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or clients regarding repairs or maintenance issues.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators or cranes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with industrial assembly processes and schematics for troubleshooting complex systems.
