We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing systems, ensuring that installations, repairs, and maintenance are performed to the highest standards. This role requires proficiency with both hand and power tools, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Use hand tools and power tools to build, weld, assemble, and install plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for various plumbing tasks.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians when necessary to ensure integrated systems function effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding plumbing needs and project updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in plumbing work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license for commercial driving may be required for job duties involving transportation of materials or equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
