What You'll Do:

- Learn and assist in administering full-cycle accounts payable, from invoice entry through payment processing

- Help prepare bank payments and get hands-on exposure to treasury operations

- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and account schedules, building practical insight into financial reporting

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes while learning how deadlines get managed in a corporate environment

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable with guidance from senior team members

- Assist with audit preparation, reviewing financial transactions and documents for accuracy and compliance

- Learn and apply company financial policies and relevant regulations in your day-to-day work

- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and take part in secure database management

- Take on additional accounting-related duties as your skills grow

What You'll Bring:

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress)

- 1 to 3 years of accounting experience (internships count!)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to accounting software is an asset
