In this newly created leadership role, you’ll manage a team of six accounting professionals and play a key role in optimizing operations, supporting financial reporting, and helping implement a new accounting system.

As a trusted partner to the Director of Finance, you’ll lead with empathy and accountability, fostering team performance, refining processes, and bringing structure and clarity to a high-paced environment. What You’ll Do:

- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of six - Strengthen internal processes, workflows, and financial controls - Support internal reporting, audit prep, and policy alignment - Collaborate across departments to deliver explicit and actionable financial insights - Contribute to the firm’s upcoming system implementation and process transformation What You Bring:
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team management - Strong communication, critical thinking,
