Key Responsibilities

- Credit Management: Lead daily credit operations, evaluate applications, set limits per the approval matrix, and manage credit insurance partnerships.
- AR & Collections: Oversee collection strategies, analyze aging reports, manage delinquent accounts (including legal/agency escalation), and release sales orders.
- Payment Supervision: Direct customer payment postings (EFT, cheque, card, wire, L/C), credit card processing, and cash deposits; execute AR month-end/year-end closes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Purchasing,



and Shipping to streamline internal controls and resolve account inquiries.
- Reporting: Deliver regular receivables updates and risk analysis to the Director of Finance.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in credit management and accounts receivable.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
