Key Job Responsibilities
1. Day-to-Day Operations
- Supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- Answering and responding to incoming calls and general inquiries.
- Providing administrative support to management and the care coordination team.
- Assisting with general office organization and administrative tasks.
1. Client Scheduling & Caregiver Coordination
- Scheduling clients according to their availability, preferred dates and times.
- Communicating client schedules and updates to caregivers.
- Assisting with schedule changes and coordinating updates as required.
1. Social Media & Digital Content
- Maintaining the company's social media platforms.
- Assisting management with the creation and scheduling of social media content.
- Ensuring social media content is posted according to the planned schedule.
- Assisting the Care Coordinator with updating and maintaining blogs on the company website.
1. Marketing & Community Outreach
- Visiting doctors' offices, pharmacies and other relevant businesses, as scheduled, to distribute flyers and marketing materials.
- Supporting the Care Coordinator with marketing events and community outreach activities.
- Assisting with other promotional and marketing activities as required.
1. Client Invoicing & Communication
- Preparing client invoices.
- Communicating with clients through email regarding invoices and other administrative matters.
- Maintaining accurate client-related administrative records.
1. Payroll & Employee Administration
- Preparing preliminary salary/pay statements for employees.
- Assisting the HR team with the employee joining/onboarding process whenever a current employee joins.
- Supporting the collection and organization of required employee documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to HR as required.
1. Inventory & Office Supplies
- Maintaining inventory of medical supplies and office supplies.
- Monitoring stock levels and informing management when supplies need to be reordered.
- Keeping inventory records organized and up to date.
Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
