SMA Canadian Farm Supply is looking for an Agricultural Parts Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in St. Marys, Ontario.

What You'll Do You will serve as a trusted resource for customers while helping them find the right products quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities include





- Answering customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing pricing, availability, and delivery information
- Researching products and helping customers identify agricultural parts and solutions
- Processing returns
- Maintaining customer information within company systems
- Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting team members during busy periods and contributing to a positive workplace culture

Required Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable using computer systems to process orders and research products
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in agriculture, machinery, equipment, or parts sales

Preferred Qualifications

- Agricultural background or experience within the Canadian agricultural industry
- Experience with farm equipment, heavy equipment, machinery, or replacement parts
- Previous inside sales, customer service, order entry, or parts counter experience
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Experience working directly with agricultural producers, dealers, or service organizations
