- Develop and deploy secure chatbot, Digital Assistant, and conversational AI solutions.
- Solid hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and integrations.
- Work with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, KMS, and CloudWatch.
- Build Cognigy/chatbot flows, APIs, SaaS, contact-center, and customer-data integrations.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and LLM integrations is preferred.
- Implement CI/CD, Git, automated testing, DevSecOps, and security practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues using logs, monitoring, and tracing.
- Work in an Agile environment and collaborate with engineering, product, security, and business teams.
