- Apply advanced machine learning methods to conduct data-driven research, identify opportunities, and make tangible recommendations to senior management.

- Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for process optimization and informed decision-making and build innovative solutions.
- Work with structured and unstructured data and prepare data sets for machine learning through integration, cleaning, feature engineering, scaling and transforming data.
- Build production-scale solutions and work with deployment teams to integrate in business operations.
- Leverage visualization methods to represent results and communicate outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Must be graduated between May 2025and May 2027 with a Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, and/or Data Analytics or related.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills as well as a passion for analytics are necessary.
- Experience with analyzing large data sets, drawing insights and inferences, and communicating outputs.
- Experienced in one or more of: Big Data – Programming, Data/Text Mining, Optimization, Algorithm Development, Automation, Data Visualization, Simulation.
- Machine Learning – Predictive Analytics, Regression, Logit Modeling, Model development, Discrete Choice, Propensity Modeling, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI.
- Software Engineering – Code Quality, Version Control, Object-Oriented Programming.
- Solid technical knowledge and experience with one or more of: Python, R, Spark, SQL, SAS, Java, or C/C++.
- Technical knowledge or experience with Cloud environments as well as experience with Data Management, and Project Management are a plus.




- Must have strong leadership qualities including demonstrating initiative, establishing priorities and using robust communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to add value to each initiative, project or team assigned to.
- Able to participate as part of a team with targeted deliverables, working on initiatives designed to improve decisions, processes, systems, and applications which support our key businesses.
- Remain current with emerging trends and technologies in Data Science.
