Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Change linens, towels, and replenish supplies to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
- Conduct detailed inspections to confirm that cleanliness standards are met before guest check-in
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Communicate effectively with property owners or managers regarding any maintenance needs or issues observed during cleaning
- Maintain organized schedules to ensure timely turnovers between guest stays
- Uphold high standards of customer service by being friendly, professional,
and responsive to guest inquiries or special requests when needed
Qualifications
- Holds a valid Alberta Drivers License
- Pass a Criminal Record Check
- Needs to be available on some weekends
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple properties efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safety protocols
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
