Duties

- Support the installation of framing, window installation, drywall, siding, and other exterior or interior building materials.
- Participate in concrete forming.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform various carpentry tasks under supervision.
- Aid in framing, roofing, and restoration projects by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately.
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support team efforts on-site.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while operating tools such as saws,



nailers or working with heavy machinery.

Experience

- Prior construction experience is a plus; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry/framing, concrete form set up, drywall installation, interior finishing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with construction tools including hand tools and power tools is preferred.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions is necessary.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and teamwork in previous roles or training programs is valued.
