Job Title: Architect for RMN Identity Spine Job Type: Full Time (FTE)

We are seeking a senior Data Engineering / Identity Architecture qualified to support the extension of an existing first-party customer ID spine into an identity spine for Retail Media Network (RMN) use cases. The role will work across customer identity, advertising ecosystem identifiers, partner IDs, clean room integrations, exposure logs, audience activation, attribution, and measurement. The ideal candidate will have strong data engineering expertise on GCP, particularly BigQuery, along with experience in customer identity and identity resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build scalable data pipelines and data models connecting first-party customer IDs with advertising ecosystem identifiers.
- Support integrations with partner IDs and platforms such as Google, Meta, LiveRamp, UID2, clean rooms, and third-party data providers.
- Build identity linkage and resolution layers for audience activation, personalization, direct partner matching, and measurement.
- Ingest, transform, and structure exposure logs for campaign measurement, attribution, and incrementality use cases.
- Apply consent, privacy, governance, and data minimization requirements across identity workflows.
- Partner with product, data, privacy, engineering, media, and decision science teams.
- Develop high-quality data assets supporting audience activation, measurement, attribution, and analytics.
- Provide technical leadership and independently drive complex identity and data engineering initiatives.




- Ensure data pipelines and identity solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience in data engineering and identity data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with GCP, especially BigQuery.
- Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience with customer identity, CDP, MDM, CRM, audience platforms, or identity graph solutions.
- Understanding of advertising technology identifiers, media platform IDs, hashed emails, clean-room matching, and partner identity resolution.
- Experience building data assets for audience activation, campaign measurement, attribution, or incrementality.
- Strong understanding of privacy, consent, governance, and data minimization principles.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, engineering, data, privacy, and business teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LiveRamp, UID2, Google PAIR, Meta, Google Ads, DV360, or CM360.
- Experience with clean-room technologies and data partnerships.
- Knowledge of Snowflake or AWS Clean Rooms.
- Experience with data providers such as Epsilon or Acxiom.
- Background in Retail Media, e-commerce, media measurement, or Marketing Mix/Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
- Experience working with identity resolution and audience activation ecosystems.
