Odd Society Spirits is an award-winning craft distillery located in East Vancouver, BC, known for its cutting-edge and high-quality whiskies, spirits, and liqueurs.

With a strong reputation and distribution throughout BC, we continue to grow and expand.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Distiller to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our head distiller to help produce our spirits.

The role includes

- Supporting all aspects of distillation including preparation, fermentation, distillation, and packaging
- Ensuring quality control throughout the production process
- Maintaining distillery equipment, along with general maintenance within the distillery
- Managing inventory, and assisting in purchasing
- Collaborating on new product development and process improvements
- Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient workplace
- Interacting with the public, and assisting with walk-in sales

Qualifications
- Prior brewing experience is essential
- Familiarity with spirits and liqueurs in general
- Self-motivated and great at problem solving
- Detail oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs.



and working on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical fittings and pumps

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and alongside others
- Familiarity with production planning and inventory software (Purtrak)
- Driver’s license
- A positive attitude
