We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff, providing training and development to enhance team performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for both employees and customers.
- Participate in recruitment efforts,



conducting interviews and onboarding new staff members.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with staff and customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
