Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters: From representing clients at the IRB to arguing before the Federal Court.
Qualifications
- Admission to the Quebec Bar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in immigration law and Refugee law
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Fluency in English and French
