Join our dynamic team as an Attic Insulation Installer/Labourer and play a vital role in enhancing home energy efficiency! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for installing high-quality attic insulation materials, ensuring proper sealing and insulation techniques, and supporting the overall construction process. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in insulation installation while contributing to environmentally friendly and cost-effective home improvements.

Duties
- Safely install blown-in or batt insulation in attics
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, measuring spaces, and setting up ladders or scaffolding as needed.
- Remove old or damaged insulation when necessary
- Seal air leaks using appropriate materials (foam, caulk, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
- Load and unload insulation materials and tools
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Report project status and any issues to the supervisor
Skills
- Prior insulation or construction experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Comfortable working in attics, tight spaces, and hot/cold conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Solid work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel locally for job sites
- Training at heights certification (preferred)
Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 44.0 per week
