Our painters are compensated through a competitive flat-rate pay structure, with steady workflow designed to keep you productive and earning.

What You'll Do - Prepare vehicles and parts for refinishing by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming - Inspect body and prep work for deficiencies that could affect the refinish process - Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications - Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using industry-standard spray equipment - Blend adjacent panels to ensure seamless color matching - Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and manufacturer standards - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Properly care for and maintain paint booth and spray equipment - Work closely with estimators, body technicians,
