Auto Service Advisor

Responsibilities Include:

- Working 40 hours per week - shift work - must be able to work weekends
- Working in our auto service department
- Helping customers that walk in
- Answering phones
- Explaining to customers what repairs are needed on their vehicle and what to recommend for them
- Liaison between the mechanics and customers to make sure everything is dealt with properly
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Must be comfortable with computers - will be pricing out parts and labor, writing up repair orders and creating estimates for customers
- Using a point of sale system for payments (computer cash register)

Qualifications:





- Able to work independently and as a member of the team
- High school education, or current enrollment in high school
- Able to lift at least 25lbs and be comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and using ladders
- Experience in a retail setting would be highly desirable
- A passion for the community in which you live, or experience volunteering would be an asset
- Passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.
