and procedures.The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safety of operations.The candidate must monitor quality.The candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality and production levels.The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems with equipment.The candidate will be responsible for resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity.QualificationsThe candidate should be fluent in English.The candidate must have a college, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1–2 years.The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience in a related industry.The candidate must be able to supervise 16–20 people.The candidate must supervise staff in various areas of responsibility within food and beverage processing.The candidate must hold Forklift Operator Certification, WHMIS Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.The candidate should be organised and flexible.The candidate should have valuable judgement.The candidate should be a good team player.The candidate should value ethics.The candidate should be reliable.The candidate must be goal‑oriented.The candidate must have a positive attitude.The candidate must be able to work in dusty and hot conditions.The work site is noisy; the candidate must maintain concentration in such conditions.The candidate must be able to work independently and in fast‑paced environments.The candidate should be willing to work overtime and under pressure.The candidate should have an eye for detail.The candidate must not have any criminal record (subject to background check).Work SettingFood and beverage plant or processing facility.Regulations KnowledgeKnowledge of CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sanitising in Place) Systems.Understanding of CFIA regulations, GMP, HTST pasteurisation processing.Familiarity with labour relations and preventive maintenance for machinery and equipment.Tools & EquipmentSteel‑toed safety boots.Personal protective equipment as required.BenefitsDental plan, health care plan, and paramedical services coverage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
