Advise the SVP, Global Customer Experience and leadership team on strategic priorities, growth opportunities, and investment decisionsDevelop and maintain partnerships with business lines and corporate functions to align strategies, investments, and performance objectivesLead the budgeting process and oversee sector financial performance, including Run, Maintain, and Improve activitiesSupport strategic portfolio management, initiative prioritization, business case development and validation, and advantages realization trackingMonitor performance, benefits realization, and return on investment for sector investmentsDevelop financial analyses, value creation models, and forecastsTranslate customer, marketing, and operational metrics into strategic recommendations and business value indicatorsPartner with Data and Analytics to evolve customer value measurement approaches, including Customer Lifetime Value modelsDesign and enhance executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanismsContribute to evaluating strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and potential strategic partnershipsServe as Business Risk Officer for Global Customer ExperienceIntegrate risk management into governance, planning, and portfolio management processesSupport key decision-making forums across the sectorRequirementsInfluential leadership, strategic thinking, and strong results orientationExperience acting as a trusted business advisor to managers and senior executivesStrong financial analysis, modelling, and business value assessment capabilitiesExpertise in governance, organizational performance, portfolio management,



or strategic advisory rolesCollaboration and stakeholder engagement across multiple groups and functionsStrong business judgment, political acuity, and ability to influence strategic decision-makingUnderstanding of customer value creation, revenue growth, and integrated risk management conceptsBachelor's degree in actuarial science, business administration, finance, or a related fieldMinimum of ten years of relevant experience in strategy, organizational performance, finance, portfolio management, governance, or strategic advisory rolesAdvanced English proficiencyAbility to collaborate regularly with English-speaking partners and colleaguesAbility to analyze and produce strategic documentation in English on an ongoing basisCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in financial analysis, strategic advisory, and portfolio management, with a strong focus on customer value creation and risk management.
