Job Description In this role you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of A220 assembly processes by analyzing data and KPIs (quality, costs, lead times), identifying performance gaps, proposing recommendations based on advanced analyses, and collaborating with operational teams to improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Collect performance data from various sources and ensure their quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Design, develop and maintain databases, dashboards and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against company objectives.
• Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, Power BI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies and root causes of performance issues.
• Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR)
  
  
  
  to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the development of forecasting models, conduct scenario analyses and document data processes.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement or a similar role.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Skywise, Python or R.
• Knowledge of data warehouses, cloud analytics or performance management platforms.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing root-cause analyses.
• Ability to communicate complex results clearly and concisely to different audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
• Experience defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating measurement frameworks.
