Our team is now expanding our staffing services to provide contracts to Personal Support Workers across Canada!QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY:1 YEAR MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AS A Personal Support WorkerMust be ability to operate under pressured under a moments noticeVulnerable Sector Screen renewed within the yearProfessional Liability Insurance OPSWASKILLS & ABILITY:Overall competency in working under pressureExperience in providing general care and supportKnowledge of home care servicesProficient in communicationBASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Following the care plan,



observing and reporting any substantial findings and/or changes in patient/resident/client’s behaviour to the appropriate registered member of the healthcare team.Perform tasks delegated to them (only if they are trained to perform the delegated task)Assisting with ambulation, positioning, and transferring using mechanical lifts such as a Hoyer lift.Assisting or providing total personal care such as toileting, bathing, and perineal care.Assisting with eating, dressing, and grooming.SPECIFIC DUTIES:Provide personal care and support for clients recovering from surgeryAssist with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needsMonitor and report any changes in client conditionCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENTMust comply with:Human Resource, Corporation, and Department PoliciesMust provide satisfactory vulnerable sector checkMust have relevant experience and education/certificationThank you for your interest in joining our team.
