Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including toileting and medication management
• Actively supervise up to 15 children at all times
• Plan engaging learning activities based on YMCA standards
• Foster communication with families and support staff
• Create an inclusive atmosphere for children with needs
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required
• Ability to lift 20 kg (44 lbs.) and participate in physical activities
• Committed to nurturing children’s growth and development
