About the Position

Prio Auto Sales is seeking a highly experienced and proven Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.

This is not an entry-level finance position.

We operate a very busy, high-volume dealership with significant vehicle turnover, a large inventory, and many customers purchasing vehicles from outside our local area. A large portion of our business involves luxury, premium, low-mileage, and barely used vehicles, including customers purchasing remotely from across Canada.

We are looking for a Finance Manager who has the experience, confidence, organization, and lender knowledge required to handle a fast-moving store like ours.

This position offers one of the strongest earning opportunities within our dealership. We are looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to produce strong finance results and who wants the opportunity to earn substantial commissions in a high-volume environment.

Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced automotive Finance Manager who:

- Has extensive experience working in automotive finance
- Can comfortably manage a high volume of deals and customer turnover
- Has experience with luxury and higher-value vehicle transactions
- Is comfortable working with out-of-town and remote customers
- Understands how to structure deals efficiently and professionally
- Has strong relationships and experience working with multiple lenders
- Understands prime, near-prime, and non-prime financing
- Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple active deals at the same time
- Has a proven track record of strong backend performance
- Is motivated by performance-based compensation and high commission potential

A valid OMVIC licence is required. Strong DealerTrack experience and above-average computer skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of finance transactions from approval through funding
- Work with customers purchasing vehicles both locally and from across Canada
- Handle finance transactions involving luxury, premium, and higher-value vehicles




- Review customer credit applications and determine the most appropriate lender strategy
- Submit applications through DealerTrack and other approved lender platforms
- Understand current lender programs, requirements, approval criteria, and funding conditions
- Match customers with appropriate financing options
- Structure deals to maximize approval opportunities while maintaining compliance
- Present financing options and available protection products professionally and accurately
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with customers by phone, email, and text
- Manage document collection, lender stipulations, signatures, and funding requirements
- Maintain accurate and organized customer and deal records
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, accounting, and management
- Ensure transactions comply with OMVIC, MVDA, lender, and dealership requirements
- Follow deals closely through funding and resolve outstanding conditions quickly
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience while achieving performance targets

No Backend Commission Cap

At Prio Auto Sales, backend commission is not capped.

For our internal compensation structure, eligible products and revenue generated above the vehicle selling price are treated as backend for commission purposes, subject to dealership policy, lender requirements, applicable law, and the terms of the compensation plan.
